Mini Crawler (Spider) crane Unit Standard 26505

Trainees will be able to apply theory and skills in lifting and placing regular loads with a mini-crawler crane and analyse and evaluate processes, through practical experience.​

• Prepare to lift and place regular loads with a mini-crawler crane

• Sling a regular load with a mini-crawler crane

• Lift and place regular loads

• Travel a mini-crawler crane including inspection of crane and lifting equipment

• Understand and complete documentation for crane travel

​Pre-Requisites

​Evidence of 6 months  experience in an environment where mini-crawler cranes are operating.​

Unit standard 3789 Sling regular loads and communicate during crane operations 

​If trainees do not hold 3789 and 3788,  do not panic we can deliver these units for you also over separate days
